20250826 - Up in the am and headed to OSU eye appointment and 670 was a parking lot so I took 5th Ave all the way across town. To the eye Dr. and lots of sitting around waiting. D's Bday, L&I went to watch him play softball

20250825 - Up in the am and in to the Worthington office. L has her first day of parent orientation today and J stayed home from work, hurt his foot playing volleyball last night, G has his first day of classes at UC. Busy morning and just Cory and I went to Old Bag for lunch. Back to the desk, CB stopped in and we chatted about everything and got caught up. Home and hung out on the back porch. K tried to get groceries a couple times without much luck. We had dinner and then she finally got her groceries and I tried the help her log on to the new took her school wants to use. Headed to Bible Bangers and hung out with Chris and Shalyn. Home and watched some tv, got G a graphing calculator and headed to bed.

20250823 + Up in the am and we were going to go on Gary and Marlene's boat today, but something came up so it ended up only the girls going to lunch. Hazel and I got around and went out for a drive and got my car washed and picked up some food at Wendy's. L home and we headed to to Value City Arena to see Nate Bargatze: Big Dumb Eyes World Tour. We got there in good time and found L's cousins in the crowd, way on the other side of the place. The comedy show lasted a couple hours and it was really good, we had never been to anything like that before in such a big setting. After the show we met up with L's cousins for a late night snack and chatted until late. Home and straight to bed.

20250822 - Up in the ama and to the desk getting things done. L in to her work to get her room ready. When she got home we walked down to Creekside and got a table close to the Rotary stage and ordered some dinner and let some friends know where we were. Soon Tom, then Bill and Tiff joined us and we hung out for the 'Popp Gun' concert and had the best seats in the house. We ran in to all kinds of folks we knew and it was a great time. After the concert we headed to Signatures and Holly and another girl helped get a makeshift karaoke situation set up and we sang and sang. What a fun night!

20250818 - Up in the am and to the desk getting things done. On G all day to start packing... L asked G where he wanted to go to eat for his last supper and he requested steak and mashed potatoes and gravy at home, so she ran to the store and got groceries for dinner. Done with the day and got the grill ready. G cooked the steaks and DD, DGF13 and Hank came over and we all had a nice last supper with G. After dinner L&I watched the news and G started packing about 10pm...

20250817 - L headed to Nicole's church to meet her parents to see Rich, Nicole, Sam and Lena do some presentation at their church this morning and then they all went to lunch. I got up late and helped the neighbor with his mower, but we didn't accomplish much... On the back porch getting organized for a busy week. L home, I got cleaned up and we headed out. 1st stop was Goodwill, post office, the office in Worthington to get a dolly for G's move Tues, VillaNova Ristorante for dinner. We had never been there, it was cute. Home and got on G to start packing...

20250816 - Up late and D, DGF13 and Hank came over to change the back breaks on his car and play in the yard and pools. We got the breaks changed and L ran to the store and made us some lunch. We hung out for a bit and then the kids left. Tommy stopped by and we went and looked at cars, he needs a new one since his was totaled by a drunk driver a couple weeks back. I showed him the Mercedes that were on my buddy's lot but he wasn't there so we couldn't test drive any. I did call him and he has a car just like J's coming in on Wed so we went home and I had Tom drive J's car. He REALLY liked it, so smooth, so FAST. So we are going back up on Wed pm to see it. Home and Tom stayed for a bit and chatted. We looked up tickets for the Steeler's game on 10/12 and got tickets so Tome Bill, Terrill and I could all go to the game against the Brows. L&I watched a movie and some TV before heading to bed.

20250815 + Up late and to the desk. Spent most of the day finalizing things with University of Cincinnati to make sure things go smooth for G's move-in next Tues. Finished up my work and then L&I headed to see the movie 'Weapons'. It was weird and scary and tense. Home and watched a comedian on Netflix and headed to bed.

20250814 - Up in the am and L mowing and trimming and I headed in to the Worthington office. for the day. L sent pics of Hazel after she gave her a bath. I finished out my day and headed home exhausted. Sat on the porch and ate, watched the news, went in and pretty much crashed.

20250813 - Up in the am, L had already cleaned the entire house and headed to her classroom to do more cleaning or whatever prep. I got to the desk and got the day rolling. Took Hazel on a walk and then back to the desk to finish the day. LG and GGF6 here. I finished my day and we went to Signature's for BINGO! We had 12 at out table tonight and it was a good time. Home late and watched a British show before bed.
