20190704 + Busy Fun Day

20190704 + Up in the am and did a bit around the house. The McClains and Mallonns over in the am and we all walked downtown for the parade. We saw a lot of people we knew and had a good time. After the parade we headed home played cornhole for a bit, watched the Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest and then headed down to Creekside for a nice lunch with the McClains, celebrating Bill’s bday. After lunch LG&I headed to the pool and hung out a couple hours. G&I has fun playing a catching game we made up. Home and the McClains and Gervais over for a cookout and to watch the fireworks, it was a great show this year, right over our front yard. In and shut down for the night ready for baseball tomorrow. 

20150725 - Checking out Sales

20150725 - Up in the am and at the desk getting some things done. G&I hit the neighborhood on our bikes and checked out some of the garage sales going on. D&J mowed and then D rode his bike to the pool for a bit to meet up with some friends. J went to the magic shop to hang out. LG&I ran some errands and ended up at the pool where G&I played catch and he enjoyed being an only child. In the evening D went to a Clippers game with a buddy and JGL&I watched 'Home' in the basement.

20150701 - VACATION CANCELLED!

20150701 - Up work, big boss in town, I was on my own with him and ready. Had a nice lunch, he had an amazing story of his career path. He was scheduled for 2 days but stayed about 4 hours and said I have covered everything I wanted to... so done in 1/2 a day. After he left D called me and the resort had called and cancelled our vacation... :-s Scrambled around with them and got rescheduled in a less nicer place close to Myrtle Beach and a FULL REFUND for lodging, so FREE Vacation... After work I headed to D's game. They won by run rule. D drove me home from Baltimore, he did really good, better each time. Exhausted, but up late getting L's iPhone updated and all our pictures pulled off our devices so we had room to take more.

20140525 + 1st Swim

20140525 + Up in the am and all to church. Home for lunch and then I went into the office to get things done, L&J to get groceries, D studied a bit before some of his friends came and try took of on a bike ride all over town, and G played with LEGO guys. Everyone back for a quick check in an then DGJ&I headed to the track where D ran a mile for a merit badge requirement.  After that we ran to the pool on the opening day to try it out and it was COLD!  But FUN!  Home for some dinner and then over to the Grossl's to help move some heavy stuf up from the basement and get their trampoline. My buddy Jeff is moving to Texas and it is breaking my heart. He's a great friend :-(  L&Boys out jumping into the dark.
