Next time I will do one or the other, not attempting to do both at the same time. Maybe too messy to ever do again… will give it one more try eventually. In an watching football and the dogs make a mess of the living room.
20250103 - Messy
20250103 - Up around 11 and got around. Land Inheades out for some errands. Dropped some stuff off at Goodwill and then to Home Depot. After much to and fro L decide what carpet she wanted she wanted for the living room, last time she had to make this choice was 23 years ago… on to Giant Eagle where we got some groceries. Home and unpacked and I spent the next several hours experimenting with deep frying Cod and Shrino. I will say it took much more effort than anticipated and a much bigger mess… but the shrimp was great, fish was ok.
